Welcome to Soul of Beauty Yoga! I’m Jessica, and I’m passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and holistic wellness through yoga.
My journey into yoga began in 2002, as a young mom finishing college. I discovered that the benefits of yoga—reducing stress and increasing flexibility in both mind and body—deeply inspired me to start practicing this transformative art. This transformative practice helped me navigate life's ups and downs, and I knew I wanted to share its benefits with others. Over the years, I’ve experienced the profound impact yoga can have on the mind, body, and soul.
I am a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certifications. My diverse background in a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, along with incorporating meditation techniques such as mindfulness and guided visualization to foster a holistic approach to wellness allows me to create well-rounded sessions that cater to each individual’s needs.
I believe that yoga is a personal journey, and my teaching philosophy centers around inclusivity, empowerment, and connection. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their bodies and minds without judgment. My approach emphasizes mindfulness, breath awareness, and the importance of listening to one’s own body.
Through personalized instruction, I aim to help each student cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, build strength and flexibility, and find peace both on and off the mat. I’m here to support you in achieving your goals and embracing the transformative power of yoga.
