What is private yoga instruction?

Private yoga instruction is one-on-one coaching tailored to your individual needs, goals, and fitness level. It allows for personalized guidance, modifications, and a focused approach to your practice.

How long are the private yoga sessions?

Each private session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your preference and goals.

How often should I schedule private sessions?

We recommend scheduling sessions 1-2 times per week for optimal progress, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your availability and goals.

What should I expect during a private session?

During a private session, we will begin with a discussion about your goals and any specific challenges you may be facing. The session will include warm-up exercises, personalized yoga sequences, and relaxation techniques tailored to your needs.

Do I need to have any prior yoga experience?

No prior experience is necessary! Private yoga instruction is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What do I need to bring to the sessions?

Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and any props you may have (like blocks or straps). If you don't have a mat, one can be provided.

What if I have injuries or health concerns?

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please inform me of any injuries or health concerns during the initial assessment, and we will modify the practice accordingly.

Can I practice online?

Yes! Private yoga sessions can be conducted virtually via video conferencing platforms, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you miss a session without notice, the session will be considered fulfilled
